We're thrilled to acknowledge Rich's mission-driven commitment to youth development where he's has helped thousands of young people and families achieve their goals and pursue their dreams. Over 25 years, Rich has led creative and effective programs in partnership with educators, funders, and community leaders to promote equity in education and create opportunity for NYC communities in all five boroughs. Throughout his career,
Rich has led with purpose, passion, humility, and results and this evening will offer appreciation for his authentic leadership.

We are thrilled to announce that Tyrik Iman-Washington, Jr. will be joining us again as our Master of Ceremonies for this year’s Spring Benefit: LEAP for the Stars!

Tyrik’s journey with LEAP began in 2017 as a middle school student at Dock Street School in Brooklyn. From his first performance in The Movement to starring in multiple LEAP productions, Tyrik quickly emerged as a passionate and powerful performer. Today, he continues to shine—not only as an actor—but as a LEAP Teaching Artist, mentoring the next generation of young creatives.

His story is a shining example of LEAP’s mission in action: when you inspire children to do big things, big things happen.
